For all you pink lovers out there.. dig into this 5-minute smoothie bowl recipe to get your daily dose of fruits and pink.
- 1/2 avocado
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder
- dried goji berries
- coconut flakes
Throw all the ingredients in your blender and mix it up until smooth!
You can leave out the avocado if you want, but I like to add some of it to my smoothie bowls since it gives them this nice, smooth texture and flavour.
I only use 1/4 tsp of pink pitaya powder (as I do most of the time) because I like my smoothie bowl colour nice and soft. If you want to brighten up your bowl with more intensive colours, just add some more pink pow(d)er to it.
