Not so chocolate n-icecream

Hi Guys,

In desperate need of some chocolate or sweets but not ready to give up on your diet just yet? Well keep on reading..



  • 1/2 – 1 cup (235 – 470ml) oatmilk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup (30g) rolled oats
  • 1tsp vanilla aroma
  • 1tbsp cashews
  • 2tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 cup (70g) almond powder


  • rolled oats
  • fresh blueberries
  • cacao nibs


Throw all the ingredients in your blender and mix it up until thick and smooth!

Start with half a cup of oatmilk and add some more along the way depending on how well the rest of your smoothiebowl blends together.

Add your favorite toppings and voilaaaa!
